Group Mentoring for Leaders is a three-month pragmatic mentoring program supporting your development as a leader.

Program overview

In live leadership mentoring discussions this program explores leadership frameworks and how to apply them to a current leadership challenge or opportunity, whilst providing practices to support you as you build new skills and awareness.

Format:

A 3-month online program with minimum 6 / maximum 12 participants

  • Month 1 – Your Leadership Challenge 
    Session 1 : Framing leadership
    Session 2: Resistance to change
  • Month 2 – Taking the Lead in Relationships
    Session 3 : Patterns of Personality
    Session 4: Creating a Vision
  • Month 3 – Leading Systemic Change
    Session 5 : Leading Change
    Session 6: Leading the Conversation

All sessions will be recorded for those who can’t make it, however we highly recommend attendance at live interactive sessions

Soo and Eimer have a combined 35 years of experience facilitating and coaching in the area of human development.
