Group Mentoring for Leaders is a three-month pragmatic mentoring program supporting your development as a leader.

Program overview

In live leadership mentoring discussions this program explores leadership frameworks and how to apply them to a current leadership challenge or opportunity, whilst providing practices to support you as you build new skills and awareness.

Some examples of leadership challenges and opportunities you might bring to this space:

  • You want to step into a leadership role, or a different leadership role.
  • You want to more effectively deliver in your leadership role.

A 3-month online program with minimum 6 / maximum 12 participants

  • Month 1 – Your Leadership Challenge 
    Session 1 : Framing leadership
    Session 2: Resistance to change
  • Month 2 – Taking the Lead in Relationships
    Session 3 : Patterns of Personality
    Session 4: Creating a Vision
  • Month 3 – Leading Systemic Change
    Session 5 : Leading Change
    Session 6: Leading the Conversation

All sessions will be recorded for those who can’t make it, however we highly recommend attendance at live interactive sessions

Soo and Eimer have a combined 35 years of experience facilitating and coaching in the area of human development.

Over our years of facilitating workshops, we have seen the benefit of people being together in regular dialogue in a group format in addition to their one-on-one development conversations.
