What to expect

Coaching is a series of one-on-one, hour-long conversations for clarity. These online conversations are held fortnightly, in 6 session cycles over a 3-month period.

Each cycle has a developmental theme which is agreed on by you and your coach in an initial Discovery Session. A developmental practice may be offered at the end of a conversation to support your continued growth.

Clients regularly complete 2 or more cycles with their coach as they explore their potential across different contexts and themes.

Coaching lenses + diagnostics

At UXL Coaching, we work with selective diagnostic instruments that assist with creating objective awareness of the client’s thinking (attitude), sense of self (beliefs, values, identity), style and approach (behaviours).

The Enneagram Personality Profile

The Enneagram personality profiling tool is used to facilitate awareness of the client’s current way of approaching people, challenges, conversations, etc. in terms of habituated thinking patterns, attitude, behaviours, responses and reactions.

The Self Review process and Well-Formed Outcome Survey

The Self Review process and Well Formed Outcome Survey is the coaching pre-work completed by the client to help them identify their current personal, professional and organisational needs.

Lines of Development

This lens looks at a client’s current level of capacity and competency in each of 10 key developmental intelligence lines, and aligns each with the client’s coaching topic and outcomes, therefore identifying developmental blind spots. Lines of development include emotional intelligence (EQ), moral intelligence, interpersonal (relationship) intelligence, somatic (embodiment).

Developmental Stages Assessment

The Developmental Stages Assessment is an assessment methodology for human development, devised by Terri O’Fallon, Ph.D. This stage assessment maps the way you make meaning by identifying your current worldview (stage of human development). Created from Developmental Psychology, this assessment is particularly useful for Leadership and Organisational Development.

A self-confessed behavioural geek, Soo has over twenty years’ experience in human development, coaching and facilitating individuals and groups here in Sydney, across Australia and worldwide.

Soo utilises some of the world’s leading-edge leadership methodologies for human development with a key focus on Self-Actualising Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Integral Theory.

When not coaching, facilitating or learning, Soo spends much of her time hanging out with family (including Riley the wonder-dog), painting, and enjoying the many outdoor delights of Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
