What to expect

One-on-one conversations are held online and run for an hour.

You can schedule a one-off session, or book in cycles of 3 or 6 sessions.

When opting for 3 or 6 session, conversations are held fortnightly and a developmental theme is agreed on by you and your coach in an initial Exploratory Session.

Clients regularly complete 2 or more cycles with as they explore their potential across different contexts and themes.

Lenses + diagnostics

At UXL Coaching, we work with selective diagnostic instruments that assist with creating objective awareness of the client’s thinking (attitude), sense of self (beliefs, values, identity), style and approach (behaviours).

The Enneagram Personality Profile

The Enneagram personality profiling tool is used to facilitate awareness of the client’s current way of approaching people, challenges, conversations, etc. in terms of habituated thinking patterns, attitude, behaviours, responses and reactions.

The Self Review process and Well-Formed Outcome Survey

The Self Review process is optional pre-work to one-on-one conversations completed by the client to help them identify their current personal, professional and organisational needs.

Lines of Development

This lens looks at a client’s current level of capacity and competency in each of 10 key developmental intelligence lines, and aligns each with the client’s coaching topic and outcomes, therefore identifying developmental blind spots. Lines of development include emotional intelligence (EQ), moral intelligence, interpersonal (relationship) intelligence, somatic (embodiment).
